We incorporated slots in each side of the airmail box for easy access to the bags.
Now with the ability to Direct UV Print over all the pieces, your Airmail Cornhole Box becomes a head turner!
Features:
- Made from solid 3/4" Baltic Birch
- All components are precision cut on Professional CNC machine.
- All wood edges have a soft roundover, which adds finished appearance and prolongs bag life.
- Graphics are directly UV printed onto the wood. No "old school" vinyl here!
- Tops and sides are sprayed with 2 coats of specially formulated gloss water based polyurethane.
- Poly is then oven baked for the ultimate even finish.

Custom airmail box
Would’ve been 5 starts, but there were no instructions at all with the unassembled box. As the purchaser, you don’t want to screw it up. A diagram showing which sides need to be assembled first would be helpful.
